These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Back Tees Live mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Back Tees Live ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Back Tees Live is a golf application that lets users track scores and rounds, maintain handicaps, organize and participate in events, and invite friends to play. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or send unwanted messages to others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.

5. SMS Invitation Feature

Invitations are one-time messages that you manually initiate. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have consent to contact the people you invite. Message and data rates may apply to recipients, and recipients may reply STOP to opt out of further messages. We reserve the right to suspend access to the invitation feature for misuse.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit (such as scores and round information). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, handicaps, or other data will be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACK TEES LIVE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
